The only cost that is the customer's responsibility in this case is the part's logistics . Sending to the studio and Resending to the client's residence.

The brand does the repair or adjustment on its part without charging anything for it, but the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We encourage you not to discard your clothes and we know our responsibility when placing a product on the planet , so if after 1 year of purchase you are sick of having used one of our pieces, just contact us and we will find a way to transform your product and leave it with a new face!

You can be sure that here in the studio we will find a thousand ways to reuse this product that for you may not have a function anymore, but for us there are many possibilities for creation! :)
