Return and exchange policy

Our exchange and return policy is committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers, which was created based on the Consumer Protection Code.

Any exchange or return must be communicated through the email contato@thinkblueupcycled.com.br detailing the reason for the exchange or return.

We offer up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the exchange / return request. For it to occur, you must not have used, washed or modified (hemmed or adjusted) the product and need to send it with the tag.

In case of return and cancellation of the purchase, the freight will be refunded within 30 days.

Delivery time and freight charges

We post your product within 5 business days after approval of the purchase in the system. At that moment we send you an email informing you of the tracking code given by the post office.

The freight charge is calculated by the post office website according to the delivery location.

Payment methods

All Think Blue purchases are processed through the Pag Seguro website and are fully protected against fraud.

For purchases on the website, we accept credit cards issued in Brazil: American Express, Visa, Diners and Mastercard. We install all our products up to 4x without interest. Other charges are at the discretion of the credit card brand.

If you prefer you still have the option to pay by bank slip.

Size Guide

Here we use standard measures of the Brazilian textile industry, we work with the numbers: P, M and G. To find out which size is best for you, take a tape measure (or ruler) and check the tables below.

Care of the part

Each of our pieces is made by hand and requires special care to remain beautiful and have its useful life extended to the maximum. So, be careful when washing! What we recommend is manual washing, but if you choose to wash your piece in the machine use the “delicate” cycle. Ah, at that time leave the bleach aside, okay?

Donation of jeans

If you want to prolong the life of those jeans that for some reason no longer serve you, you can contact us and donate them to us.

To send your jeans contact us by email. So, we can know better about the piece, send you our mailbox and thank you! Don't forget that Think Blue employees have a 5% discount on purchases on the site :)
